What will be the subject of my articles?
After we get your order, we’ll ask you a few questions about your business, your website, and the topics you’d like to talk about in your articles. We will then use those instructions to build our articles.

If you’re not sure, that’s no problem – we’ll give you some suggestions after analyzing your website traffic and the story you’re telling right now. Please make sure to include a link to your website during checkout so we can brainstorm some ideas for articles.

Do I own my articles?
Yes! You are the sole owner and publisher of the articles we write for you. You can claim authorship of these articles on your website, blog and social networks.

When will I receive my first article?
You’ll receive a list of our suggestions for topics for your blog, based on your aims and profile, within 5 working days, as well as the first article. We’ll then dispatch your deliveries at a regular interval, depending on your subscription plan.

How are the articles delivered?
We will email your new articles as Word (.docx) documents, and you can also login to your account and go to “My Articles” to view and download all the articles you’ve received to date.

What industries can you write about?
Our network of writers has experience in Business, Department Stores, Entertainment, Finance, Food, Health, Legal, News, Real Estate, Sports, Technology and Travel. If you are unsure whether or not we support your industry, please Contact Us.

What will be the length of my articles?
We don’t like to count words – we want you to get articles that carry your message most effectively, not fill up a quota or rush an idea. However, we guarantee that your articles will be over 500 words.

Do you include images?
Unfortunately, right now we don’t include images in our articles.

What languages do you support?
For the moment, Articly is only available in English. We are looking to expand our services to other languages soon – if you’d like service in a particular language, let us know and we’ll look at how we can help you out.

How will you improve my social network engagement rate?
The content we make is a great vehcicle for improving traffic via social media, and we encourage you to publish your articles on social networks (Twitter, Facebook, etc.). By publishing unique content on those networks, you’ll gather more followers and likes thanks to regular updates. Some call it magic; we call it Articly.

I only need one article, can you help?
Of course! If you’re not ready to subscribe to Articly, you can still try our services and order individual articles for $60 each.

Can I switch plans or cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can! From your account dashboard, you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time. Note that if you unsubscribe or downgrade your plan, you’ll always receive the number of articles you paid for.

I don’t like my article, can I get a refund?
We make sure to write the most appropriate articles for your website. If you’re not satisfied with our work, you can request a refund. In order to make sure you’re eligible for a reimbursement, please check our Refund Policy.

What is SEO?
The ranking of your website on Google or other search engines depends on the number of visitors you attract, but it’s hard to earn more clicks if your website isn’t well-featured on search pages, since people tend to click on the first results.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is the process of promoting your website on search engines, to break this cycle and improve your ranking.

We write our articles on topics related to your business, based on what we’ve learned through running an agency that serves organizations from the multi-national to the strictly local. Once you publish your Articly content on your website, blog, and social networks, you should see your ranking improve.
