Frequently Asked Questions

We get a lot of questions about content marketing automation and how Articly can help your business. We keep this section updated regularly with the latest questions and answers.

Q: How does Articly help me?

Good content helps your site to rank higher on search engines, and helps you to connect with your audience using content that’s unique and tailored to your business, and your voice. Keeping a good profile is about consistent and quality content, and that’s what Articly delivers, week in and week out - low management, zero stress.

Q: What will my articles be about?

When you order, we’ll ask you a few questions about your business, your website, and what you’d like to talk about in your articles. We'll then use those instructions to build some content recommendations for you, including keywords, topics and some notes on the tone of voice our writers will use when they’re writing for you.

If you’re not sure on any of the answers, that’s no problem – we’ll give you some suggestions based on your sector and the story you’re telling right now. Please make sure to include a link to your website during checkout so we can focus on what’s right for you.

Q: Do I own my articles?

Yes! You are the sole owner and publisher of the articles we write for you. You can claim authorship of these articles on your website, blog and social networks.

Q: How do I know my articles are original?

We only sell original, unique content, created by our writers, and tailored specifically to you. Just to make sure, and to avoid any duplicate wording by coincidence, every article we create is double-checked with before we publish it, to make sure you’re the only one with this content anywhere in the world.

Q: When will I receive my first article?

YYou’ll receive your content recommendations and sample titles for your subscription, based on your aims and profile, within 3 working days. Once you’ve approved them, we’ll get your first article to you within another 5 working days. You’ll then get one article delivered every Monday morning, US time.

Q: How are the articles delivered?

All of your articles will be available in plain text or as a Word (.docx) download at your Articly account. Login at and go to “My Articles” to view and download all the articles you’ve received to date.

Q: What industries can you write about?

Our network of writers has experience in real estate, car sales, property management, staffing, recruitment, financial services, healthcare, sports, technology and travel - but we’re growing all the time, and our writers are talented, so if you’d like to find out if we can cover your sector, please Contact Us to see how we can help.

Q: What will be the length of my articles?

We don’t focus on counting words – we want you to get articles that carry your message most effectively, not fill up a quota or rush an idea. However, we guarantee that your articles will be at least 500 or 1000 words, depending on the package you subscribe to.

Q: What languages do you support?

For the moment, Articly is only available in English. We are looking to expand our services to other languages soon – if you’d like service in a particular language, let us know and we’ll look at how we can help you out.

Q: How will you improve my social network engagement rate?

The content we make is a great vehicle for improving traffic via social media, and we encourage you to publish your articles on social networks (Twitter, Facebook, etc.). By publishing unique content on those networks, you’ll gather more followers and likes, grow your brand and establish yourself as a leader in your area.

Q: Can I switch plans or cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can! From your account dashboard, you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time. Note that if you unsubscribe or downgrade your plan, you’ll always receive the number of articles you paid for.

Q: I don’t like my article, can I get a refund?

We make sure to write the most appropriate articles for your website but if you’re not satisfied with our work, you can request a refund. In order to make sure you’re eligible for a reimbursement, please check our Refund Policy.

Q: What is SEO?

The ranking of your website on Google or other search engines depends on the number of visitors you attract, but it’s hard to earn more clicks if your website isn’t well-featured on search pages, since people tend to click on the first results. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is the process of promoting your website on search engines, to break this cycle and improve your ranking. We write our articles on topics related to your business, based on what we’ve learned through running an agency that serves organizations from the multi-national to the strictly local. Once you publish your Articly content on your website, blog, and social networks, you should see your ranking improve.
