Thank you for using Articly. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You have 30 calendar days to contact us if you are not satisfied with an article you received. To be eligible for a refund, your article must be unused and unpublished. You will need to provide the order number or another proof of purchase.

Sale items
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price articles can be refunded.

Once we receive your inquiry, we will review it and notify you that we have received your request. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting your request.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

The refund will correspond to the price paid for the specific article returned. If an article is returned as part of a subscription, only the adjusted price of this item will be refunded.

In the case of a refund, the article shall not be used or published in any circumstances, at any time. Articly Ltd. reserves the right to proceed with legal actions in this eventuality.
